More Time

Writer's picture: Catherine NortonCatherine Norton

When we rush, our focus is on an imagined destination, bypassing the now. Since the future doesn't exist, this time is lost inside of a mental construct. We aren't here now.

If we intend to arrive at a certain time, we can achieve this with full presence. When we do, we are calm, relaxed, and ready to embrace the moments to come. We find we have more time.

Ask: How much of my time do I spend wishing I was somewhere else?
