The tendency to judge others offers an opportunity to understand ourselves better.


Today's mindfulness challenge is pay attention for thoughts like, "that person shouldn't be doing that."


Notice, stop, and reflect. We are bothered for a reason. What is it? Perhaps we do the same thing in a different way, and this is a reminder to change our own behavior.


By practicing nonjudgement we become more compassionate and accepting of ourselves and others.
